At NewBeauty Limited Products and Offers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most items. All returned products must be in their original, unopened packaging to ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Receive Authorization

  Our customer care team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original box, include the completed RMA form, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
